The Perfect Holiday Hors D'oeuvre: Fig & Ricotta Toast

What you'll need:

bread, sliced (preferably a fresh baguette)

Olive Oil
Fresh Ricotta Cheese
Fresh Rosemary 

The simplest, yummiest holiday hors d'oeuvre is here and your guests will simply love this sweet pre dinner treat. 

What to do:

Cut half a loaf of the fresh baguette into 1/2-inch slices. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the slices, then toast the slices until golden and crisp. Spread a generous amount of ricotta on each, layer with slices of fig, and drizzle honey over top. Garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.
