Yes — every slipcover is designed to come off, go in a cold-water wash, and hang dry. No dry cleaning required, ever. Most owners wash theirs twice a year.

How long does delivery take?

Each sofa is made to order and typically ships in 6–12 weeks. In-stock fabrics ship in 2–3 weeks, and our white-glove team handles placement in your room.

What if it doesn't fit through my door?

Our frames are built with knock-down legs and tested doorway clearances. Share your entry measurements at checkout and we'll confirm fit before production.

Can I order an extra slipcover?

Always. Order a second cover in any of our performance fabrics to change the look by season. Re-covers are available for the life of the frame.

Is there a trade discount?

Yes. Designers and trade professionals save up to 25%. Apply for a trade account and our team will set you up with pricing and swatches.

What happens after the trial period?

If you love it, nothing — it's yours. If it doesn't earn its place within 100 nights, we'll arrange a full refund and a complimentary pickup. No restocking fees.
