The difference is in the details - from design to conception, careful consideration is taken with all of our outdoor furniture pieces. For all of the wooden furniture items such as chair and sofa frames, plus dining and side tables, our pieces use some of the finest teak in the world. It is rated for marine use, so rest assure that these pieces will tolerate the outdoor elements. Construction for the wooden pieces is with mortise and tenon joints.
All of our cast aluminum pieces like Narragansett Adirondacks begin as a flat, featureless block of wood. From the manufacturer's precise drawings, skilled carpenters and artisans transform the wood into a one-of-a-kind sculpture from which a master mold can be made. The freshly molded pieces go through a highly technical process of cleaning and curing before they are prepared to receive a ceramic powder coat and hand-applied details.

The strength and finish of these pieces is next to none. Tubing precisely bent and carefully painted, wicker methodically and intricately woven, the end product is astounding, more inclined to belong inside your home than outside of it.The fabrics we use offer are specifically designed for outdoor use, they do not rot, mildew or fade so the color remains rich and true. Although the performance fabrics for our outdoor pieces are durable, they are very soft to the touch. Harvested Teak: The finest teak in the world was sought out to design our wooden furniture pieces. 3.Cast Aluminum: Superior grade molten aluminum alloy is hand-poured into a detailed woodcarving mold. 4. Wrought Aluminum: Features heavy, .65mm wall thickness tubing, strengthened at stress points with wall supports.
How long does it take to make the outdoor pieces?
For standard, in-stock items, our warehouse team strives to ship your purchase as soon as possible. For Standard Ground shipments on small parcels, most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks. For Custom furniture orders, please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery. This includes 4-6 weeks of production time, plus shipping.
What is the warranty on your Coastal Premier Outdoor Collection?
S.C.HOME provides to the original purchaser the following LIMITED WARRANTY that outdoor furniture products listed herein are free from defects in materials and workmanship. As a sole remedy for any breach of the LIMITED WARRANTY, Seller will repair or replace any product covered by this warranty. Seller reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to choose between replacing and repairing a product, depending on the nature of the problem. In the event that the product is no longer available (this includes discontinued finishes), Seller will provide a comparable replacement as soon as possible. If replacement piece is part of a complete set, only the defective product will be replaced with a comparable piece and not the entire set. During the first year after purchase, Seller will pay all freight costs associated with a warranty claim. During the second through fifth year after purchase, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all freight costs. The warranty period of your product shall not be extended or renewed by the repair or replacement of, or compensation for the product. The duration of the LIMITED WARRANTY varies, depending on the product, as stated.
