Cast Aluminum is a superior grade molten aluminum alloy that is hand-poured into a mold made from exceptionally detailed woodcarvings. Each casting is hand polished to provide a smooth, finished surface for painting. After a multi-step cleaning process, the furniture receives a baked-on powder paint coat, much thicker and harder than conventional wet paint, followed by a hand-applied antique accent.

Wrought Aluminum is made of heavy, .65mm thick tubing that is strengthened at stress points with interior wall supports and galvanized steel inserts, triple hand polished 360° welds, and a high-solids polyester, powder-coated finish, ten times thicker than wet-coat paint. It comes in a variety of finishes from White, Tan, Brown, Gray and Black. 

The finest teak in the world was sought out to design our wooden furniture pieces. Teak Collections feature plantation grown high quality teak frames with mortise and tenon construction. All of our Teak Collections are available in Natural Teak and our Oyster Teak finish, which was designed to mimic the silvery grey patina teak develops as it ages.

Teak is extremely durable and solid. Teak is naturally resistant to termites and wood eating insects due to it's silica content.

Do not use a Teak Cleaner and do not use bleach or a pressure washer. Please use our Teak Shield. When applied to either natural or the finished teak, it will minimize but not completely eliminate the natural movement of teak oil from the wood surface to the cushions.

Outdoor slipcovered furniture like the South Seas Collection are built with weather-resistant marine grade wood frames, submerged and sealed in a special Sherwin Williams protective paint and upholstered by our craftsmen using all fiber padding and rust-resistant stainless steel hardware. With the South Seas, the seating pieces have a dressmaker skirt slipcover design and exposed finished cast legs. Pieces like this come standard with a special WeatherMaster drain-through technology system. Easy to remove slipcover and cushions are available in your choice of fabric. The weather proof, performance fabric can be washed and line dried. The cover is mildew proof.

The pieces are shown in white to offer a general idea, but you may select the main fabric, welt fabric/color, pillow fabric (if applicable) and more.
