At Our Boat House we aim to please! Our goal is to get your product to you just as quickly as possible. That being said we have curated a collection from hundreds of sources from around the world so sometimes it's not as simple as it might seem. Below are details about shipping based on your product selection. Please review and feel free to reach out to us with any further questions you might have. 

Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification informing you of shipping timeframe and then again once your order has shipped. Due to Covid we are experiencing delays in manufacturing time and shipping time. Please understand that we are doing our best under the circumstances and we will keep you informed as the order moves through the process. We appreciate your patience.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


For calculated standard shipping rates: Shipping charges run approximately 10% of your order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping covers commercial and residential addresses and the product is delivered to your curbside.

For calculated threshold shipping rates: Shipping charges run approximately 12% of your order and will be quoted upon request. Please email thecrew@ourboathouse.com or simply add a note on your order that you would like to receive quotes for threshold delivery. 

For expedited UPS shipping rates: We are happy to offer you the options of expedited shipping for items that are sent UPS. Please email thecrew@ourboathouse.com or simply add a note on your order that you would like to receive quotes for next day, 2nd day or other expedited delivery. 

For expedited Freight shipping rates: We are happy to offer you the options of expedited shipping for items that are sent standard freight. Please email thecrew@ourboathouse.com or simply add a note on your order that you would like to receive quotes for expedited delivery. Please note that freight items always ship faster to commercial addresses if you have that option available to you.

White glove delivery: This delivery method includes bringing the items into your home, unpackaging and removing the packaging debris. We offer the option to have your items delivered white glove. Please email thecrew@ourboathouse.com or simply add a note on your order that you would like to receive a quote for white glove delivery. .We will provide you a quote based on the item and your delivery address which would require your approval and payment prior to shipping. White glove typically runs $300-$500 depending on the item-weight & size and the delivery address and specifications.  

For white glove delivery of slipcovered furniture: We offer a flat rate of $129-$199, depending on the piece, shipping within the continental U.S.

We offer free White glove delivery for 3 or more slipcovered seating pieces from the same collection.

We offer free shipping for bedding and pillows.

White Glove Delivery service typically take 1-2 weeks to deliver once picked up from the manufacturer. 

Expedited shipping is available and quoted on a case by case basis. 

Delivery to locations that require ferry transport will be quoted on an as needed basis.

Local Delivery: We offer local delivery, 30 mile radius from the showroom, at a flat rate of $125-$195, depending on the piece and delivery specifications.

In Store Pickup: We offer a 5% discount on shipping for in-store pickup.



How do I check the status of my order?

For items that ship UPS(less than 50 lbs and xxx): When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thecrew@OurBoatHouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


For items that ship standard freight(more than 50 lbs and xxx): When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the shipper information, Bill of Laden and estimated delivery date.  If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of estimated delivery date, please contact us at thecrew@OurBoatHouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


For items shipping White Glove Delivery: When your order has been picked up from the manufacturer, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the shipper information, Bill of Laden and estimated delivery date.  Once the order is received at the local dispatch center the center will call you to schedule an appointment for the delivery.



Frequently Asked Questions:

What if I am not ready to receive my delivery?  Many times there is a need to delay delivery due to schedule issues, construction delays, etc. When this occurs we can hold your items in storage for up to a month. Anything over a months time would require an additional fee for storage. 


Can the delivery people remove my old furniture: Unfortunately the delivery service is not able to accommodate removing existing items from the home. Please coordinate with a local donation center, mover or consignment shop to arrange for removal of existing furniture.  


What if my item arrives damaged: We have sourced the best shippers in the industry so this is unlikely. In the event that your item does arrive damaged please note the damage of the item and the packaging before the driver leaves if possible. Take pictures, both close up and at a distance of the damage and email them to thecrew@ourboathouse.com with as many details that help describe the issue. We will contact the manufacturer and come up with a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be patient as we have to go through the proper steps to determine if the damage was caused during shipping or at the manufacturing stage in order to take the next step in resolving the problem for you.
